Good Clinical Practice: Ethical Guidelines- Training Cum Workshop-18th May 2026
The event was attended by Institutional Ethical Committee members, faculties and all PG students from all the departments of Navodaya Dental College.
The program was commenced by Nadageete and escorting the dignitaries to the dais, Dr. Girish Katti, Principal, Navodaya Dental College, Raichur, Dr. Santosh Kumar Jeevanagi, Trainer GCP, New Drugs and Clinical Trail Rules, 2019, Professor, Pharmacology, MR Medical College, Kalabur, Guest Speaker and Dr. Anila K, Member Secretary, Institutional Ethics Committee.
Dr. Anila K, Member Secretary, Institutional Ethics Committee, Professor, Department of Oral Pathology, delivered the welcome address. There was presentation of Bunch of Flowers to the Dignitaries. Followed by formal inauguration was done by watering the plant. Dr. Santosh Kumar, Professor, Department of Oral Surgery introduced the guest speaker. Dr. Girish Katti, Principal, Navodaya Dental College addressed the gathering by emphasizing the importance of Ethical guidelines for Research.
There was training cum workshop by the guest speaker. The Speaker elaborated about the Good Clinical Practice: Ethical Guidelines. Following that, Momento and Shawl were presented to Guest speaker. The event was concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Vardendra Manvikar, Professor, Department of Oral Pathology, expressing gratitude to the Guests, Faculty and PG Students for making the event successful. The program ended with the National Anthem, after which guests and attendees were invited for Hi-Tea and Snacks.
