Webinar on Dental Practice Management Conducted by Alumni Association of Navodaya Dental College
The Alumni Association of Navodaya Dental College organized a successful and insightful webinar on “Dental Practice Management: Strategies for Success” on Thursday, 16th April 2026, at the AV Hall, Central Library, NET, Raichur. The event aimed to provide students, interns, and young dental professionals with practical knowledge on establishing, managing, and growing a successful dental practice in today’s competitive healthcare environment.
The program was graced by several distinguished dignitaries. Sri. S. R. Reddy, Chairman of Navodaya Education Trust, served as the Chief Patron of the event. The Guests of Honour included Dr. Amruth Reddy, Director of Operations, NET, and Dr. T. Srinivas, Registrar, NET. The session was presided over by Dr. Girish Katti, Principal, Navodaya Dental College.
The webinar featured Dr. Ravi Pandey, esteemed alumnus of Navodaya Dental College and Celebrity Dental Surgeon, as the Resource Person. He delivered an engaging and informative session on effective dental clinic management, patient communication, branding, financial planning, leadership skills, and strategies required for professional success in modern dental practice. His real-world experiences and expert guidance offered valuable learning opportunities to aspiring dentists.
The event commenced with the formal inauguration ceremony, followed by a warm welcome address by Dr. Somnath Kunsi, President of the Alumni Association, Navodaya Dental College. The introduction of the guest speaker was delivered by Dr. Nasi Ismail, Member of the Alumni Association. Dr. Girish Katti addressed the gathering with encouraging remarks, followed by Dr. T. Srinivas, who shared his views on the importance of such professional development programs.
The vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. K. M. Parveen Reddy, Secretary of the Alumni Association, Navodaya Dental College, expressing gratitude to the dignitaries, speaker, organizers, and participants for making the event successful.
The webinar witnessed an overwhelming response, with 120 participants attending online through registration and feedback forms, along with 80 participants attending offline, including students, interns, faculty members, and staff. The active participation and positive feedback reflected the relevance and impact of the session.
Overall, the program was a grand success, providing intellectual insights into clinic management and practical strategies for career growth. The webinar greatly benefited students and future dental practitioners by enhancing their understanding of professional excellence and entrepreneurship in dentistry.
